Futters Nut Butter Meringue Cookies |

Ingredients 4 oz. Futters (any of Futters Chocolate Almond Butters) 1 large egg white ½ tsp. Cinnamon Optional: chopped nuts, grated coconut, or oats
Directions
Mix Chocolate Almond butter, egg white and cinnamon together in bowl Take teaspoon full and roll in sugar of choice Bake on parchment paper or greased cookie sheet in pre-heated 325° oven ‘til almost firm, slightly puffed, but not browned (10 – 12 min). Enjoy!!
