Vegan Chicken Salad Print E-mail

(We prefer organic ingredients)

20 Green or red grapes
8oz Package Seitan, drained and chopped
8oz Vegenaise (or other vegan mayonaise substitute)
1/2 Rec Onion Chopped
2 Celery Stalks Chopped
1/4 to 1/2 lb Pecans, Chopped

 
Spice Blend: (to taste; maybe start with 1/2 teaspoon of each):
 
Garlic powder
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Crushed Rosemary
Dried Basil
Dried Thyme
 
Combine all ingredients in large bowl.  Serve or store in
refrigerator up to 5 days.
