Ingredients 1/2 cup organic boneless chicken thigh meat, chopped into small pieces 1/4 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup nonfat powdered milk 2 Tbs cod liver oil* 1 egg, beaten 1/4 cup water Directions Preheat oven 350°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or aluminum foil. In large bowl, mix all the ingredients well. Mixture will be sticky. Scoop the chicken mixture into in a 1 pound loaf pan or glass baking dish. Bake 17-20 minutes until the mixture begins to firm and the chicken is not longer pink inside. Allow to cool completely before serving. • Cod liver oil can be purchased in most health food stores and is excellent for kitty’s eyes and to promote a healthy coat.
